Beautiful and comfortable accommodation with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, just minutes from popular shopping destinations and a renowned museum. Quiet street with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. Manager was attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to cater to dietary needs.

Despite its central location, it is tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the busy city. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is impeccable, with a friendly and attentive attitude. The breakfast served is excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste.

There have been some inconsistencies with the quality of the rooms. Some rooms have been refurbished and provide a great experience, while others are still in need of updates and maintenance.

The dining room's old-world charm added to our experience, and the full English breakfast was good. we found Durrants to be a great choice for those seeking a peaceful and unobtrusive stay.
